Online Leadership Academy

Join us for a week-long, interactive online course this summer.

AN ONLINE PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR TEENS, WITH SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKERS AND GUIDED MENTOR GROUPS.

This five-day, online-exclusive program features NGO, nonprofit and B-Corps partners, as well as Global Leadership Adventures alumni, to showcase some of GLA’s most popular themes.

Designed to support leadership development and career exploration, this week-long course is built on the five pillars of our leadership curriculum.

The goal? To inspire the next generation to realize their potential to transform the world and their role in it.

HAVE A LIFE-CHANGING JOURNEY IN ONE WEEK’S TIME, ALL FROM THE COMFORT OF HOME.

During this five-day Online Leadership Academy, students will be guided through the five pillars of the exclusive Global Leadership Adventures curriculum, which is designed to take students on a journey to uncover their personal visions, purpose and knowledge of themselves and their role in the world.

Students on this program will:

  • Start each morning virtually visiting a new country, with a daily guided mindfulness exercise unique to that culture, followed by a keynote speaker to highlight outstanding examples of leadership today
  • Wrap up the day in small Mentor groups, during which they can digest, reflect and connect with peers alongside an inspirational Mentor
  • Be guided to take action in ways that give them purpose, belonging and meaningful direction in 2021

The small Mentor groups will be the same group of teens each day, with no more than 12 students per Mentor group. We will include the entire student group for the keynote addresses. Each day will run approximately 3 hours.
