Global Leadership Adventures was co-founded by Andrew Motiwalla, a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and Fred Swaniker, one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People of 2019. We have incredible off-the-shelf itineraries for your student group travel needs, or we can work with you to customize a travel itinerary to meet the needs of your school or organization.

1. Let’s start a conversation!
Whether you have a clear idea of what you’re seeking or you’re interested in exploring options, we’re here to assist you every step of the way! Our Groups Coordinator will guide you through the process as you collaborate to discover the most suitable program. We’ll send various itineraries and proposals, along with pricing details.
We strive for swift turnarounds and can accommodate deadlines necessary for schools and groups to present to decision-makers and stakeholders.
2. Review, tailor, and approve the itinerary.
Together, we can design the perfect program. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll assist you through your school or organization’s approval process.
3. Fundraise and recruit.
If your students or group are fundraising and require time to raise funds, we can help! With thousands of families and students experienced in fundraising, we’re happy to provide our GLA Fundraising Kit and other supportive materials.
4. Deposit and enroll.
Whether each student is responsible for their tuition or your school/organization is funding the opportunity, each participant will create a private account through our application portal. Here, they’ll upload travel documents and fulfill all other pre-departure requirements.
5. Prepare for departure!
You and your Program Coordinator will collaborate to ensure everything is set for departure. Need passports? We can assist with that! Searching for a group flight to accommodate everyone? We have excellent flight partners.
Furthermore, we’ll provide a personalized pre-departure resource site to address all those intricate details, including a packing list, program schedule, and resources for travel documents such as passports and visas.
