When properly delivered, sports have the unique power to bring about better health outcomes and foster social change, especially in resource-poor environments.
On this virtual internship, you will learn how public health campaigns are critical to community health outcomes. Also, discover how meaningful and engaging physical activity such as sports can be used as a vehicle to address positive youth development as well as its impact on public health.
About your overseas internship partner organization:
SportsTec was established in 2006 and has a proven track record in using sports to address the requirements of numerous organizations.
This includes positive youth development as well as physical activity and physical education, school sports, community sports, life skills, leagues and tournaments, coach and teacher education and talent identification.

Amano partners with 20+ artisanal groups, brands and organizations in an effort to connect artisans with the fair trade market. They advocate for collaboration and the continuation of tradition through design, stories, and experiences.
