What do the program fees include?
GLA programs are all-inclusive, except for airfare. We provide students housing, transportation, three full meals a day, health and travel insurance, as well as entrance fees to most main attractions.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card and Visa, as well as US personal checks and money orders in dollars. Checks and money orders should be sent to:

For funds originating outside of the US and Canada, we accept payment by credit card or electronic bank transfer. Please email us for banking details.
Certain portions of the program fee are refundable depending on the date of the refund request. The payment schedule and refund policy is as follows.
If you are accepted into a GLA program, the remaining balance of the fee is due within 30 days of being accepted into the program.
For students applying after April 1, the full balance is due within 14 days of being accepted into a GLA program. Certain portions of the program fee may be refundable. All refund requests and cancellations must be made in writing and will be calculated according to the date in which GLA receives this notification.
The payment schedule and refund policy are as follows.
- Five months prior to start date, all but $370 is refundable
- Four months prior, 80% of total is refundable
- Three months prior, 75% of total is refundable
- Two months prior, 50% of total is refundable
- Less than two months prior, none of the tuition is refundable
Do you offer any scholarships or financial aid?
