GLA programs are all-inclusive and cover everything except airfare and personal expenses (e.g. souvenirs and snacks). Specifically, fees include:

• Room and board, including three full meals per day
• Ground transportation during the program
• Entrance fees and tickets to all non-optional group excursions and activities
• Travel & health insurance

Program tuition is:

3-week programs: US $4,395

1-week programs: US $1,595

To apply for a GLA program, you must submit a $395 application fee along with your completed application and teacher reference. The application fee is non-refundable.

Payment Terms & Conditions

If you are accepted into a GLA program, the remaining balance of the fee is due within 30 days of being accepted into the program.

For students applying after April 1, the full balance is due within 14 days of being accepted into a GLA program. Certain portions of the program fee may be refundable. All refund requests and cancellations must be made in writing and will be calculated according to the date in which GLA receives this notification.

The payment schedule and refund policy are as follows.

• Before April 1st - all but $395 is refundable;
• Before May 1st - all but $700 is refundable ;
• Before June 1st - all but $1,000 is refundable;
• On or after June 1st - program fees can no longer be refunded, under any circumstance.
